After more than thirty years of eager anticipation, Maison Gainsbourg will open its doors to the public in 2023.
Serge Gainsbourg's legendary interior at 5 bis rue de Verneuil is accompanied at 14 rue de Verneuil by a museum, a bookstore and Le Gainsbarre, a hybrid space that hosts a café during the day and a piano bar at night. All together, they form Maison Gainsbourg, the first cultural institution dedicated to this major figure of French songwriting.
Ahead of the online ticketing opening, begin the experience by discovering exclusive images of the creation of the museum, as well as selected archives from our collections.
