Maison Gainsbourg opened its doors on September 20, 2023

Visits to the historic house and museum are only available to visitors with a ticket. Tickets can only be purchased via the online ticketing system available on our website.

Please note : The bookstore and gift shop and Le Gainsbarre, located at 14 rue de Verneuil, are freely accessible.

Due to the limited number of visitors allowed at a time and the high number of visitors expected, we invite you to arrive at 14 rue de Verneuil, 75007 Paris, 10 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket.

A cloakroom is available at 14 rue de Verneuil for small items (backpacks, helmets, umbrellas, etc.) and pushchairs.

Accessibility

- The reception, the museum, the bookstore and gift shop and Le Gainsbarre

Located at 14 rue de Verneuil, the reception, the museum, the bookstore and gift shop and Le Gainsbarre are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Facilities are in place there to facilitate their access.

A reduced rate for admission to the museum is offered to all people with disabilities and their carers.

The bookstore and gift shop and Le Gainsbarre are open to the public.

- Serge Gainsbourg’s historic house

Due to its architectural configuration, the historic house at 5 bis rue de Verneuil is not accessible to PRMs in wheelchairs. The reception team provides them with personalised support.

They will be able to take an immersive virtual tour of the historic house to discover the place and the objects it contains in the best possible conditions. This virtual tour is included in the price of the “Museum only” ticket and does not require the purchase of a “House & Museum” ticket.

People with disabilities: International proof of disability, CMI, MDPH and CDAPH cards, Parking card (for people with reduced mobility), Certificate of disabled adult allowance, "Painful standing" card, Veterans and war victims office cards 

Jobseekers: Certificate of benefits or Pôle emploi card less than 3 months old        

Beneficiaries of minimum social benefits (RSA, ASS, ASPA, CMU, AAH): Certificate from the CAF, Pôle emploi, admission or benefit situation less than 3 months old   

Under 7 years old: proof of ID or family record book
